Similar to the Bissell and fits well but does not remove dirt like the Bissell. Every week I mop the tile floors and both Bissell mops are brown with dirt. Almost no dirt can be seen on these. For the next week I used Bissell mops and they were very dirty proving that these mops don't pick up dirt like the originals. I will no longer use these, why?

This product looks and feels like a Bissell mop pad. It also fits well on the mop head. I followed directions to wash and dry the carpet and then steam mopped our hardwood floor in the hallway that had been previously cleaned with a chemical floor cleaner. To my surprise, after steam cleaning a floor that didn't appear to be dirty, the carpet was dirty. The pad fits over the mop head in the same way as the Bissell pad. Would I buy again if I need replacement pads.

Unlike many aftermarket pads they actually have an extra cleaning strip which is made of a different and rougher material. They're not meant to be soaked, so I don't know what any of the reviewers are talking about - they're supposed to release steam, which is just superheated water and exiting the water as intended. Used these last month in place of my original bissel pads that came with the steamer and I really like them. They are heavier materials and absorb water and dirt perfectly. I bought these because I need to deep clean old floors and didn't want to ruin the original pads but end up using them all the time.
