Replacement Whirlpool 8206230A Microwave Charcoal Review

So my vortex model only uses one of these filters, for some reason there are no paths on the right side where the filter could fit. Most of the videos I see show two. Elimination of odors in any case. Model No. WMH31017AS

They work great as a replacement for kitchen utensils I have deducted 1 star as there are no marks on them. You'll need trial and error to get it set properly and hopefully it's looking in the right direction for removing odors in the home.

It was slightly different than the filter it replaced but then I'm pretty sure I used the correct one last, although I try to always use the spare part of the manufacturer to use. This one doesn't fit either and I had to put some pressure on it even though it doesn't cover the area. But it has entered the slot and may work just as well. I do not know.

It's not easy to judge the effectiveness of a charcoal filter, but even after the hood was on all night, these filters had no effect on cooking odours. I think either the quantity or the quality of the carbon is not as good as it should be. I bought a new set of spa filters and the odor removal has improved.
