    Poor Quality: Vacuum Cleaner Parts & Accessories

    The original belt that came with the vacuum lasted about 2-12 years. These cheap ones lasted maybe 3 months. They started shedding small pieces of rubber. Go for the original Hoover straps instead. About $7 for 2 quality straps. Also made in the USA. Lousy about the same price for 3 straps.

    Burns fast Best in belt

    Every time I vacuum I have to change my belt at least once. They don't last long at all, soon you'll see smoke coming out of the bottom of your vacuum and the smell of burnt rubber. I have no idea why they break so easily, but they do break and I didn't have much of a choice.

    Belts where they are good

    The belts I bought did the job but the vacuum cleaner itself was disappointing. Broke on 2 uses. However, I bought my vacuum at Walmart and lost the receipt. The vacuum cleaner is now in the trash and 150.00 is down the drain. My 5 stars are for the straps only. The vacuum cleaner itself would only get 1 star.

    The straps fit perfectly on my Hoover Total Home Pet UH74100.

    Perfect match for my Hoover Total Home UH74100 bagless pet vacuum. You will need some muscle power to stretch the belt and wrap it around the pulley and motor shaft/metal rod. My new problem is no longer the belt but replacing the BRUSH ROLL as it no longer spins/rotates as it should. *sigh*

    Great price with quality construction

    I use these vacuum cleaner belts as a replacement for the belts that come with vacuum cleaners. They have just the right combination of firmness and elasticity. Too much elasticity and the belt will not rotate the brush. Belts that are too tight are bad for the engine. They are just right, not too tight and not too light. They come in three for the price of two free.

    PERFECT!, in vacuums and floor care

    These straps are thick and strong. They fit perfectly on my Hoover Max Life Total Home Pet vacuum. Before that I tried a replacement belt from Walmart. The Walmart belt was thin and thin. But to make matters worse, the Walmart strap was too long so it kept falling off while vacuuming. However, these straps fit perfectly. The performance of the vacuum cleaner is brand new again! I am very happy with these belts. High quality, economical, perfect fit!
