Too bad the magnets weren't that strong. Putting on/taking off the lid causes the whole thing to shake, which can easily stress the animal. Also, they would face the door forward instead of up.

Ideal for young tarantulas or praying mantises. I wouldn't keep a tarantula or praying mantis any smaller than 1 inch or they might squash holes and have a hard time finding prey. The praying mantis in this video is 2 inches long and is perfect for this fence.

Theoretically you think this would make a great case for a tarantula snare, but I was wrong.1. Item arrived scratched. Scares the spider incredibly when you open and close the top.3. The first thing that struck me was the bad door tolerances. The gap that the lid/door slides into is too large and uneven. This means that large prey crickets also fit in.
