Resource Scheduling Helps Maximize Productivity and Manage Staffing Needs

The best thing about this scheduling system was being able to view all of our staff members schedules at once, which made it easy for us in making decisions regarding who should be present or not when we were planning events. In addition, I like how this program allowed me to create multiple calendars so if an event happened during normal business hours one day but someone else needed time off another day they could still attend without conflict with each other's availability. Great customer service and easy to use

I like how simple it makes scheduling meetings, as well has keeping track of all my appointments for future reference! It's not perfect though; sometimes when you're trying change an appointment or add one in there are times where certain things don't show up correctly (like if someone else was supposed be at your scheduled time). Also having some people who aren’t familiar with this system think they can edit stuff without permission could get confusing fast but other than those two problems…

Excellent Resource For Our School District

It was simple, easy-to use scheduling tool for our school district! The interface made it so I could put in all of my data without having an issue with formatting or anything like this - great customer service as well!! Nothing at first but when we had issues they were able fix them right away which saved me time not needing someone else's help getting things fixed/solved quickly.-The only thing you have control over (in terms what your students can view) are their own schedules; however if…

Simple meeting scheduler and planner

You can set up your meetings in advance using this tool, which helps you plan ahead of time for upcoming events. This makes organizing large group projects simple! I have not found anything yet that dislike about resource scheduling. The only thing I am trying to figure out now is how to add more users so we do not need to use this one program anymore than necessary. Make sure you know what version of MS Word or Excel you are working with if you want to keep track of file sizes when sending…

Resource Scheduler has got 'em all, for sure!

I like how easy it was for me to use after reading through their website, they have everything you need! There are so many features but if there isn't something specific your looking for then don't worry about missing out because this one has got 'em all!!
