The ink did not fit, the money was returned. The company later emailed me an apology and offered/sent a new ink cartridge to test.

We use this for general household printing so not much material. I have no idea how long this will take, but it seems to be working fine. No problems with anything.

We have ordered these cartridges a few times and found them to work great with an HP printer. Of course we saved a lot of money by not buying branded cartridges.

Terrible. These don't work at all. I kept an original HP ink cartridge and the dots on the back do not match. I already threw away the RETCH cartridge, but here is a photo of a real HP cartridge. RETCH don't match, so my printer didn't accept them.

Was a black cartridge replacement in a colour/black combination from the same manufacturer. When I told the manufacturer that only the color cartridge worked, they quickly refunded me the amount I needed to order a new black cartridge. This worked well to the point that the pair now work like genuine HP inks.

The price of this cartridge is excellent. There were no problems with the installation, as the product fits in the same way as well-known branded cartridges. The only difference is that when printing multiple documents at the same time, the print becomes a little streaky - it's like printing with low ink, although the ink level still shows full. Works well if you only print 1-2 pages at a time.

I bought this ink cartridge after reading several reviews that talked about quality ink and service. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of the ink cartridge and the printing. The ink prints very lightly and smudges the lines throughout the printing process. I bought another cartridge from another company and it is much better. If you are looking for a cheap cartridge with poor print quality, this will fit your needs. If you are looking for quality, buy from another company.
