I wanted to buy one of these alarm clocks but could only find a set of 2. One of them works and the second works and turns off. There seems to be a template to make it work.

Excellent alarm, ordered two and connected both speakers to one button and put each speaker on separate levels of the house. 2 months so far, works great. We put a button on her walker, it will be nice if you decide to wear it too.

The user manual does not specify battery size, location or how to access the battery compartment without breaking it. The seller does not indicate the battery type in the specifications but shows a photo of 2 disc batteries in the general description that says "Batteries 12v 23a". The 12V 23A batteries on the internet are cylindrical type, not disc type. Everything else is fine.

My mother lives with me and has an apartment on the ground floor/basement. My room is on the 3rd floor. However, it is only 2100 square meters. We don't need a medical alert, it's just a phone call for me. I plugged it in right outside my room and tested it in every room for my mom.
