One of the devices did not work.

I wanted to buy one of these alarm clocks but could only find a set of 2. One of them works and the second works and turns off. There seems to be a template to make it work.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

For large houses, connect two buttons to one. Works perfectly.

Excellent alarm, ordered two and connected both speakers to one button and put each speaker on separate levels of the house. 2 months so far, works great. We put a button on her walker, it will be nice if you decide to wear it too.

Pros
  • Useful not only for its intended purpose
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared

Need more specific specs/guidelines in the user manual

The user manual does not specify battery size, location or how to access the battery compartment without breaking it. The seller does not indicate the battery type in the specifications but shows a photo of 2 disc batteries in the general description that says "Batteries 12v 23a". The 12V 23A batteries on the internet are cylindrical type, not disc type. Everything else is fine.

Pros
  • High score for tester support and durability
Cons
  • Weight

Perfect for our needs!

My mother lives with me and has an apartment on the ground floor/basement. My room is on the 3rd floor. However, it is only 2100 square meters. We don't need a medical alert, it's just a phone call for me. I plugged it in right outside my room and tested it in every room for my mom. It works great and she doesn't have to go upstairs when she needs me. Simple and effective.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Problems

So easy a toddler can (and does) use it!

It was very easy to set up and use. We actually used it for our adopted daughter, 3, who had trouble sleeping and often woke up crying when either of us walked into the room. This crying will wake up her little sister and lead to more crying and sleepless nights. Since she introduced her so-called "button" she feels more secure because she can easily contact us at night without screaming, crying or waking up her sister. The perfect solution! I also appreciate the volume control. I don't want to

Pros
  • Glitter
Cons
  • Expensive Insurance
