Considering the price of this tie, I was expecting a bit of a rough material and some sheen, but I was pleasantly surprised. Dark blue color, a bit dark for an American look but it will work.

The white stars on the blue field tie went great with my newly purchased 4th of July red and white striped shirt. I haven't bought a tie in a while and this one is a little narrower than the ones I have but probably wider than the old ones I have on my tie hanger. I liked the tie, no complaints.

These ties were excellent! I bought them for the groom at my wedding. Our theme was "Starry Night" and it was a perfectly subtle addition. They wore black suits with this tie and they all looked great.
