Great customer feedback platform with room to grow

I like how you can see comments from your existing customers so it helps me keep track of what they are saying even if we don't have another meeting scheduled at this time! As for any issues/complaints i've received when creating my account there was nothing really too major but some things took awhile (i think because google login) which could be quicker in future releases please? No negative thoughts just minor nusiance as above - would love more updates soon :) great tool especially given…

Best Customer Feedback Tool EVER!!!

It's easy for our customers who want real-time comments from me (or other members of my team) regarding service they received/deserve at one if not more locations within IASFPC! If we were all using it together then there would be nothing negative said!! We also don't have time in order o schedule them via email so this product does exactly what was hoped - gives us "real" reviews instantly instead only having emails back later after waiting days when some people are no longer interested…

Great solution - easy and quick set up

I like how it helps me keep track of my client's responses in-house which gives us peace of mind knowing we are monitoring our clients' needs from day one! I dislike that it can sometimes be confusing when you have multiple people working through each assignment at once so there might not always be someone available to help if needed. It makes sense having something as simple as this for your team but make sure everyone fully understands what they need to do/use first before implementing it…

  • The ease with doing reports is amazing because all data stays organized making things easy down stream.
  • The simplicity behind keeping an open conversation about customers service between both sides during appointments without needing extra tools or software other than these provided by invinter
