Very compact and easy to use. Definitely something to take on a trip to dry your hair if you don't like the hairdryer at the hotel. The cooling option is a really big plus. I can't find this hair dryer anymore. I think my mom took it to Philadelphia because she really liked it. I honestly don't know where it's gone, but I still recommend it 10/10!

Defective and broke in less than 15 days (in the middle of my trip) I'm not the type to complain, I understand that it's a cheap product and I still like the brand. Folding dryer, should work in Europe and is efficient. What I really like is the cold air button. I have thin hair, works very well and quickly. I searched for Dual Voltage and read a lot about different products. This one is not as small as a toy, medium sized and great for folding. It's not too loud and has 2 power levels. I haven't tested it in Europe yet, but I hope it will work well. Also, it's lightweight and won't irritate your wrist.

My hair dryer decided to stop working this morning. Several sparks flew from the cable, after which it stopped working. It was scary that this happened, I've never had a hair dryer short. I only use it in the mornings and I have short hair so it's nothing to do with overuse. I ordered this on March 13, 2018 so this dryer lasted exactly 1 year and 1 day. not good.
