The board is on spec and comes with a good set of components. It's no better than any other kit I've had, but it's no worse in terms of build quality either - so ultimately it comes down to the price, which is incredibly low. (I didn't review their code example disk - there are plenty of Arduino tutorials and examples online so you don't necessarily need this part of the kit.)

Costing little more than a circuit board, this entire kit includes all the basic materials you need to get started with Arduino. I have other REXQualis boards and they all work fine. I would like to note that this is the first time I have received a UNO or compatible device that did not come pre-programmed with BLINK. Contains so many parts including a real Arduino MC that I am blown away by the value of this bundle. The price of the kit is the same or even a little lower than the price of an Arduino. All parts included are of good quality, plus full instructions to get you started.
