Original replacement element. Works very well, just like the ones that came with the printer. The ones that came with the printer were only half full. These last a lot longer. Expensive but I don't risk ruining the printer with a cheap replacement.

I always order Ricoh toner. That always works great. Yes, more expensive than the generic, but be careful. Generic will most likely ruin your printer and result in a hefty repair bill. I learned it the hard way!

So nice to find this product at such a great price. It was well packaged and shipped on time; However, the order noted that it had been delivered but it hadn't. There were still a few days left to receive it. This has nothing to do with the product itself which is a great product that makes great copies on my Ricoh printer. I only use Hammermill Premium Laser Print 24# paper and print around 1500-1600 sheets per week. So I need products that work; It's the one I depend on to get the job done.
