We purchased this for my 12 year old daughter in August 2019. We decided to spend over $330 on a bike so that is would last for many many years and I thought we were choosing a reputable brand. It was *not* fun to put together, the instructions were hard to understand and parts were bent and missing. We made due and fixed the bent parts and sent in for the missing parts.We live in a state that snows so it has been in our garage until last month. We figured she was able to use it 3.5 months…

The bike was a nice surprise. We expected it to be delivered on Monday, but it was delivered the Saturday before. After I put it together (took about 45 minutes), my wife and I went for a bike ride. It rode great! Wonderful bike and we would buy it again.

Unfortunate experience with this bike, needed to return it with the intent of purchasing the 26 inch as we purchased the 24 inch but the seller would only allow me to ship it back via a shipping service that’s three hours north of me. Numerous attempts to reach the shipping agent and or the seller yielded zero success, neither would return my emails or phone calls. unfortunately I’m stuck with a bike that’s too small. Plus as many have indicated, quality is substandard for a bike of this price.

The bicycle was overall in good shape but came with a punctured tire and scratches on the front fork. I thought it may have been used beforehand but everything else looked new. The valve on the inner tube gad a hole so I had to order a new tube from Revain.

Buyers Be Ware: I happen to be handy, I have my own tools and know how to swap a tire onto a new rim and can put a bike together. The bike comes partially assembled. It comes with a universal tool (in standard measurement) the problem is; this bikes' assembly parts (nuts and bolts) are METRIC, not standard. I've only owned the bike a month but so far it's a nice comfortable ride and shifts well. I do expect to eventually replace the seat as it's not sturdy and well made but it's not uncomfortable. The basket is cute, flimsy and small so I have ordered another basket for it. I haven't used the cup holder as I'm not sure that will work for my riding needs. Delivered on-time and as advertised. Easy assembly. My wife is 5’ 1” and the handlebars and seat adjusted comfortably. She loves the basket and cup holder.

This bike is so cute! It’s exactly as pictured. The seat is very comfortable. Was much easier to assemble than I was expecting. Arrived very quick.

A decent product, though assembly was more difficult than necessary. Had to call customer support to get a replacement seat because the original wouldn’t lock down on the post. Happy daughter means good rating. Maybe a bit overpriced for the final product. Paying for the name.

Tire tube on the rear has a leak. Having to take rear tire off, remove tube, buy a replacement tube and reinstall. Just out of the box and before my granddaughter gets to see and ride it. Really poor given the price. Genders are flimsy but hoping they will hold up.

The box was ripped like it had been dropped or thrown around. I assembled the bike and the front wheel wobbles as if it were bent. Also the fender does not fit. It hits the frame when the tire is pointed straight. It is a beautiful bike but cheaply constructed and mishandled during shipping. Now I have to contact the manufacturer for warranty on the front bent rim and go without a fender.

My daughter loves this bike! Getting the seat to stay in the right place without it shifting around took some hard cranking of the wrench. That was the only difficult part of assembly.

Poor packaging allowed the bike to become damaged in shipping. As well as poor craftsmanship, the front tire will not mount center line of the bicycle / goose neck assembly. The offset is grossly obvious when you mount the front fender. You no longer get what you pay for. The idea of Huffy to begin manufacturing bicycles in China was to pass the savings along to the consumer for a comparable product. The product is not comparable and they are not cheap any more.

Missing the seat post when I went to assemble it. Called company and had part within a week. Girlfriend loves her new ride!

The mounting part for the front fender came bent. The owner manual doesn't have a picture how it should look like. I am very familiar with bike setup, and it took me hours to figure out what the problem was.

Exactly what was expected. Very fun bike to ride and sporty looking! The seat could be a bit more comfy! Thanks for attention.

Love this bike! So adorable. my 8 year old loved it. Didn’t like the first shipment came damaged, but the brought it to kohl’s to return and see the package. issue was resolved right away and had a new package in a day.

We had to call and request parts as there were missing nuts and bolts. We were sent another bicycle and told to take the parts from that bike and send one back. There were dings and scratches on both bikes. I would not recommend ordering one.
