item as expected, my nephew loved the pair of skates. But the box arrived torn including the inner packaging. The box itself sat in Anchorage, Alaska for 11 days before being delivered to its destination more than a week late.

Super cute and bright rich colors. My daughter loves them! Fits true to size. Very soft and comfortable. My daughter was always sick and in pain from the rents but they were so comfortable she was able to ride and ride without discomfort. Easy to lace up and easy to put on and take off. you are so cute

Great skates for beginners. My son loves her. They run true to size so don't believe the product description which says boys should order 1.5 sizes up. Please order your normal shoe size. Also remember that you need to sharpen them before you can use them.

So I love these skates! So much so that I don't consider them beginner skates. The ankle support is ideal for beginner skaters because you cannot tuck your ankle with a rigid support. And the fur lining is nice and keeps the foot warm. But in general my daughter ALWAYS only wears Riedels because she has a wide foot with no arch! The Jacksons will never suit her no matter where she is in her sporting career. I am so grateful that I chose such high quality and well made skates on my first try.

The only real complaint is that the hooks on the top of the skateboard are a bit difficult to lace up. Hooks have the advantage that the laces do not slip out. You have to maneuver them in and out.
