If a washer is not added before screwing on the nut, it will rub against the radiator bracket and creak. In other words, it's not perfectly designed.

just assembled and placed the light where it should be. I had to put some rubber between the top of the mount and the frame of the truck because it creaked a bit when moving, but other than that it was perfect and good quality.

I didn't buy them from Revain, I bought them direct from the manufacturer Rigid Industries. I installed them and my truck immediately started squeaking as it drove down the street. I found that the brackets touched the chassis/body cross member of the truck. I had to remove them completely, grind down the contact surfaces and reinstall everything. While not the most difficult to install, it is time consuming and a common problem. You know what to do. All my other experiences with this company…
