This is my first reversible bag. I love it. Inflating the bladder was easy. The bag comes with two strong elastic cords with hooks. I use the long one at the bottom but I use the rope at the top to give the bag the right height. I've been training twice a week for 15-20 minutes for the last year. I find I may need to add air every 2 months or so. The bladder is still in good condition. I wrapped the edges of the elastic cord's metal hooks with some tape, otherwise they can get pretty scratchy…

EDIT - Bladder burst after 4 months. One day everything is fine, the next even breathless. I'm 59 and I don't race with this bag (I have a heavy bag for that) but use it primarily to maintain speed and build muscle memory. I like the bag so I'll probably buy a new bladder. This bag has withstood heavy use and shows no real signs of wear. The air pressure is excellent. After refilling and frequent use for a month, there is little pressure loss. As I examined the pocket and proceeded to heavy power strokes, the bungee quickly lost its original tension. At anchor about 8ft 6in from floor to ceiling, bag speed is now about 108 bpm. I love this double ended bag from Ringside! Bought to secure in the garage with an eyebolt in the ceiling and a weighted ground anchor bag. I've been using this bag daily for several months and the camera is still completely intact and hasn't deflated or cracked since. I generally prefer not to keep the bag fully deflated so it looks more like a teardrop shape and also doesn't "bounce" it too much when it hits it. The outer material also holds up very well!
