Great Dynamic Game

Great Dynamic Game. It's easy to teach others and has great illustrations. The game is a race and unfortunately there isn't much interaction between players.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled

Fast and fun best of games and accessories

I really love this fast paced game. Once you realize you're only looking for cards that work together, the race is on to make those cards work for you and score before your opponents. Really funny.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Jump Drive matches games and accessories

Great game. No doubt it will be a filler to kick off Game Night and a staple for the next 20 Game Nights. And after that, you'll still be itching to play it. It's fast, not too difficult to learn (even easier for Race for the Galaxy players), and a lot of fun. This can be very luck dependent, but don't worry, if you're not lucky this round, play again.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • It's OK

Great fast paced game

Very cool and fast paced prequel to Race for the Galaxy. It can end even faster than RftG, but that's the point. Designer Tom Lehmann said it should be played while you wait for people to come to game night, or at the end of the night. I think it serves that purpose very well. I plan to play it on my lunch break. Well done Mr. Lehmann!

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Fun and replayable games and accessories

This is one of my favorite games. Players can use different strategies, which makes the game very replayable. It's not a very long game with two people, around 15-20 minutes after you get the hang of it. It reminds me of Terraforming Mars, but without the board and just using cards and dots as resources. It may take time to learn as some players may find it a bit difficult at first.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • There are nuances

It's really fun and easy

The game is positioned as a simplified version of Race for the Galaxy but quenches your thirst a bit. It's really fun and easy, but it will teach you how to play Race pretty well since it has the same symbols. The only gripe I have is that the game feels a bit like Solitaire, but maybe an expansion could fix that - and I don't really care, but some people don't like that style of play.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • So far, so good

Race around the galaxy in 15 minutes or less.

Easy to learn. Play fast. Not much depth, but what do you expect from a game that can be completed in 15 minutes. What I like most is that just like in RFTG, you can stumble upon a strategy and just knock everyone out. Or your opponent, there's a lot of randomness here, but if you get bad cards and play bad it doesn't matter, it's all over in less than 15 minutes and you might have better luck next time.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Upgradeable

game for two for centuries

I LOVE THIS GAME! So full disclosure. I love the entire Race family of games (Race for the Galaxy, Roll for the Galaxy.) and while that somewhat predisposes me to love Jump Drive, I'd be quick to point out that it's a standalone game in its own right. If you want, it's a step from knowing nothing and being able to play Race for the Galaxy for 2 players in about 20 minutes. It's a great way to introduce racing games to a newbie, but it's also a great game in its own right and makes for a fun…

Pros
  • practical thing
Cons
  • repair
