TESTED and MATCHED Pair (2 tubes) of low-noise 7-Pin NIB/NOS GE JAN 5654W Vacuum Tubes. Considered one of the best of the 5654 / 6AK5 / EF95 family of tubes for audio use. These vintage US manufactured GE tubes are Mil. Spec. (JAN) Electron Tubes - Higher Durability and Life. The 5654W tubes are NOS and were obtained from factory-sealed military surplus boxes. Clearer, more detailed sound

I read many reviews of these tubes before buying them to replace the 6ke tubes that came with my cheap Suca tube amp that I have before bought a few months ago. Most of the reviews I've read have said these tubes add warmth and bass and just generally sound better than a cheap 6j1 or 6ke. I am happy to report that these reviews were accurate. Hello, It's been two and a half years and 10,000 hours of use on my HiFi lamps. It's time to replace all my lamps. The original tubes in my little Suca-Audio T-1 preamp weren't the best when they were new. Recent research has shown that the NOS tubes that came with the Suca preamp were very bad. I ordered these tubes for my Little Dot MKII headphone amp and they sound great. Compared to the stock tubes they sound cleaner with an emphasis on clarity, a slightly larger soundstage and a more distinct baseline response. Excellent phono stage/preamp for the money

Well worth the money. I bought this to connect my Audio Technica AT LP3 turntable to my Monoprice tube amp. I'm 67 years old and have worked with analogue/vinyl systems my whole life and I can tell you that this little box rivals some of the more expensive solid state phono stages I've had over the years. Better than the new Chinese tubes

Like most people I've read online, tubes add a warm tone to music. My first experience with lamps was with an AM/FM radio that I had converted. I love the sound of this restored radio.
