This is exactly the type I was looking for. It's well built and looks great. However, the usable length is closer to 16 inches. I informed customer service and they were very responsive and courteous.

The non-stick coating makes this frypot easy to clean. Plus, it's so easy to raise a 24-pound turkey. No spatters, nothing falls or breaks. The handles are firm and secure. I hope you found this review honest and helpful :-)

Large quality frying pan with removable grid. This frying pan looks very nice, but it is also well made and durable. It's not too heavy and the stand fits right on top. The handles are also durable and comfortable. It's quite large and I rarely cook meat this size, but it's great for any size roast and poultry. Easy to clean and handle. Also very well packaged in its own box.

Dimensions 17 x 13 x 5.5 on the box. But the REAL size of the pan is 15.5 x 12 x 3. As stated by the manufacturer, measuring from the outside edge of the handles, it is 17 inches long. However, the internal length of the brazier is only 15.5 inches. The same type of measurement is used for the height of the broiler.
