Unreliable Products and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Rode Company

When I first started looking into the world of music, I was thrilled to find that Rode Company was a household name. Unfortunately, my interactions with the company have not been positive. My expectations for the quality and dependability of the microphone and its accessories I bought were not met.
