This product is very weak. After the first use it slipped out from under the car and that was the end of the jack. The screw bent and the back of the jack burst. It was unusable until the end of the first use.

I was spoiled to use lower quality than this, this thing is really cool and awesome. I would take it again for another car at any time. I tested it and it actually lifted the entire one side of the car so it's very durable. I let my wife use it to see if she could make it herself, it took her a little longer but she made it herself with no problems.

Used 3 times and the jack folded and collapsed under the spinning wheels of a 6000 lb car. WEIGHT OF VEHICLE WEIGHT 3 TONNES = 6000 LBS The jack alone has to support up to 3 tons, so changing tires shouldn't be a problem. Bought ONLY a month ago. So if you will offer any kind of warranty/refund/replacement? UPDATE I will get a replacement or refund so not bad for customer service but the product is not a smart buy. I was excited to try this electric jack. After examining the contents, I found that the cigarette lighter plug was broken into small pieces (see attached photo). We bought an electric jack to level our 28ft 7000lb travel trailer. In recent years it has become too difficult to attempt to manually rotate the scissor jacks to actually lift the corners of the trailer.
