I love Rokr products and have made many of these wooden puzzles. This one had 2 parts (not related to gearing or crank) that splintered/broke completely after I ran the full run. If you have small hands, great. Me too, but that didn't stop me from breaking those little pieces of wood. So grab some Gorilla Super Glue, a clamp or two, and a little patience. It was fun building the maze. It's been about 2.5 hours straight. Plenty of spares in case they break or get lost. Edited: Managed to change it to fix a design flaw. Now it works good enough! I have collected almost all of ROKR's mechanical puzzles and found them to be all of excellent quality and with good instructions. This marble puzzle stinks of haste and lacks quality, matching pieces and clear instructions. I suspect that putting some of the components together correctly would be a real, if not impossible, challenge for anyone not very familiar with this type of puzzle. While I've really enjoyed collecting other ROKR puzzles, I have to say this one was disappointing!

All the details on card A are too thick. When I put the tabs in the holes, the top layer of laminate peeled off. Back when the laminate was clumping at the bottom of the cavity, the pieces couldn't fit together completely. I removed this "extra" and it worked. Which I did after realizing I took my fingernail and peeled off the top layer of laminate on the tongues before putting it all back together. After that everything went fine. This 3D puzzle was a lot of fun putting together and it worked for a short time and then again for a short time after some tweaking. The problem is that the pieces are very fragile but require some effort to put them together. Superglue works well on tiny pieces of wood, but a continuous loop of beads is difficult to hold. This is the fifth bullet run I have collected from this company and I have to say it was the most rewarding, albeit challenging, even for someone who has made several of these models. The key to a successful build is patience, patience, patience, and very careful study of the circuits at each step.
