I made several aroma rolls for clients and the videos didn't work. This is very frustrating as I lost money on these not so good bottles and also because I had to refund my customers. SMS

The reel part does not roll

Unfortunately the reel part does not roll. I thought I had a broken roller so I tried the others in the pack and none of them rolled so they didn't spread oil. The price was good. Maybe I got a bad batch.
