This is the best and I love it. Unfortunately when it first arrived it was broken. The handle has been cut in half. I emailed the sellers and let them know how it went. They quickly sent me a new one. If only I had my fingers crossed that this one didn't break, and it didn't! It's wonderful and beautiful. I often get headaches, I hope this helps relieve the pain. You are very beautiful, I love pink. It's very nice to put them in the fridge and then use them after they've been there for a while.

I really like these two products but Gua Sha is my favorite. I use a roller in the morning to reduce puffiness and I use Gua Sha in the evening to essentially massage my face. I've found that Gua Sha really helped clear my sinuses, which is great for getting rid of drains or blockages. The packaging was luxurious, the price was very reasonable and delivery was on time.

I ordered a scooter a few days ago and it arrived earlier than expected. It's beautiful and feels great when applying eye cream and peptides around the eyes. It also came with another facial tool that I wasn't expecting. Thank you!

I've had two other Jade rollers that were about $15 a roller each - and they were both rubbish compared to this one. The jade rolled unevenly, the metal pieces occasionally falling apart. I was fine with that because they are cheap. I lost my last one and wanted to order a new scooter and this was a set for the same price as the regular scooter so I gave it a try. Huge difference in quality! This set is amazing, the roller is well made, the quartz is smooth and rolls well with no grating noise.

When I received the jade roller it was indeed broken. Despite the high quality packaging, the handle broke in half. But when I contacted the seller they were very quick to respond and sent me a new roll straight away without me having to return the broken item, which I guess I have to do. The scooter itself is very beautiful. Works great, holds the temperature for a long time. You have to imagine that most jade rollers are about the same. What sets this product apart is the quality packaging…

I had to update my original review as the original was broken but the service was so perfect - they replaced it promptly (everything arrived safe and sound) and made sure I was happy was. The products themselves are so beautiful and pleasant to the touch. This is real quartz and the quality is very good, especially for the price. I highly recommend this product from this company.

Looks exactly like the picture. Difficult to find good quality jade/quartz rollers, many of the images are photoshopped or the product is better than what is for sale. I ordered this quartz roller because the jade roller that came with my Fabfitfun box turned out to be complete junk. This new one is beautifully polished (the FFF I replaced wasn't), the rose quartz is translucent (the FFF was obviously soapstone green), and the gold metal is beautiful (the FFF was crooked and rusty in places)…

I love my quartz roller and use it every morning! Quartz feels cool on my face and I love how it gets rid of bags under my eyes and makes me look and feel younger. I use up/side strokes to energize and revitalize my facial muscles and down/side strokes for lymphatic drainage which is very relaxing which is why I prefer this technique as an evening treatment. I am so in love with this tool and I highly recommend it!
