Pulled my hair too hard!

I wanted to love this product so badly and use it a lot, but I had to work too hard on it. The curlers were uncomfortable for me and got tangled in my hair. Sorry, not a joyful experience.

Clips won't snap

I bought these because of the clip set that came with them. However, the clips are extremely fragile and do not apply any pressure to hold the hair in place. Clips must be purchased separately.

Incomplete package.

Product works but only received 5 clips when description says 9 are included. You need to buy extra clips to use all the reels properly at the same time.

Very happy with it. Great product and great price.

These rolls are perfect! I really wanted thermal rolls with velcro but they are hard to find in large sizes. 55mm is perfect for volume and waves and is very comfortable. The clips help them stay in your hair but you don't have to use all the clips as the hold is very good. I will buy a second set to style all my hair. I would recommend using these when your hair is almost completely dry and then using the blow dryer attachment to focus on each roller for a few seconds. "Curl" occurs when the…

Adds beautiful volume without pulling hair; does not frizz long, thick hair.

You are what you are. They don't help me curl my hair. I bought these to apply volume to long thick hair while it air dry (I apply after my hair is half dry). I think they are overpriced by $3-5. Other reviews said the clips sucked, mine were fine. And the curlers are easy to use (even if you're not used to makeup/hair products I guess). In the pictures, my hair is *just air dried when I don't feel like it.
