Bought this item before Thanksgiving but only worked for a month and stopped working (frequent on and off). So I was offered another one to try, but it still only worked for 3 weeks, after which the latch wouldn't open to take the stirring brush out for cleaning.

Didn't meet my expectations. The machine didn't clean the entire floor, got stuck, got lost and didn't reach the spot where the pen fell. The lack of troubleshooting information was neither printed nor available online. Also the application didn't have an area to get help for that model, just another model apparently at a higher level. I tried to help twice but not immediately. I came back two weeks later.

Excellent device. I have both tile and low pile carpets in my house and this machine does it all. I was skeptical it would do a thorough cleaning, but I have to say I'm impressed. He cleaned under the table and chairs without getting stuck, made his way to the farthest cupboard and, when he ran out of power, still found his way back to the docking station. I've run this unit about 15 times with no issues and am buying another for the second floor.

I bought this to run once a day to remove dog hair. The first problem is that it doesn't display my entire top floor, which includes the entryway, living room, dining room, and kitchen. They are all connected and all floors are solid wood.
