I don't say anything bad. It's going to take a while and I hope it will be even longer next school year. He is so handsome and my daughter is in love with him. In fact it is very strong and durable. It didn't break or break. I'm glad it came with a matching lunch basket and pencil case. Perfect size for my 8 year old girl. Didn't wait long for it to fade

The backpack is full of shit all around. It looks very nice, but quickly falls apart and is uncomfortable to wear. Due to the design, the support handles rest against the back when being carried. After a few months of use, it ripped and fell apart in several places. We ended up throwing it away as it was right outside the return window.

I bought these items for my elementary school student because they need to take a huge amount of books home to do homework. This trolley has proven to be very useful so that she doesn't have to carry all those heavy books on her back or shoulders. The accessories (such as the pencil case and lunch bag) are very cute and stylishly round off the entire travel/study look.

The backpack is beautiful and looks durable. It's a bit heavy even though it's on its own and even more so with my daughter's books inside. I bought it for the weight of her books so it serves the purpose but I also thought using it on the back when there are fewer books would be a good option. When we went to school I bought a normal backpack, the same but without wheels, since then my daughter wants wheels so I bought it again. So right now, backpacks cost close to $100. Don't buy it if you have a 3rd grader or higher as it will snap from the straps, it's not designed to be heavy carrying. If you have a preschooler, kindergartener and first grader this would be fine and maybe 2nd grade but no more. And especially now that they have to carry so much because of Covid!

My daughter loves this backpack because of the look but unfortunately the handle doesn't go all the way down anymore. This started about 1 month after purchase and I can't figure out how to fix it. We have a rolling version and it gets stuck after trying to lower it all the way down when we get back in the car. I'm worried because it's so high that she might hit her face when I pick her up from school (we have a system where parents don't get out of the car and the kids get in the car first)…
