Fenders installed last night. The installation went well. Some of the bolts were difficult to align and I had trouble aligning the latches on the fender insert with the guard installed. I know there is just a piece of plastic behind the liner so I used a self tapping screw and washer to fix this. See drawing for more details. The flaps have a bit of flex, which is good, but they're pretty stiff overall. The color of the doors matches the plastic torch almost perfectly.
