Very Useful and Relaxing Tool

LOVE this product so much (& so glad I can avoid buying the Nuface!)

Big bang for your buck with this product! I have been contemplating buying the Nuface, which is a similar device, however, it cost $300+! SO glad I went with this option! I truly feel like this is every bit as good, and I’ve used both. I am LOVING it thus far. I am a skin care/product junkie and have tried a TON of products. This is fantastic, and a phenomenal price for the money.

Could be good but needs to work on improving on and off feature

Very frustrating does not turn on. hand starts hurting trying to twist the dial back and forth. They need to improve their feature to make it easier.

I keep getting ones that don't work!

I would easily give this 5 stars if only it worked all the time! Unfortunately, I'm on my 3rd one of these and the battery has been loose in all 3 of them. You can hear the battery jiggling loosely inside and only works on occasion and that's only if it's in the upright position. Once you stray from that position forget about it, as the battery ends (cathode/anode) do not stay in contact with the internal contact points. Very sad to say that I have to return this one too. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

The latch of the device at the end of the handle is broken

The latch of the device at the end of the handle is brokenAnd it is difficult to operate the device - the battery drops the lid. I ask that you send me a proper product - because that is how difficult it is to activate the function of the vibration.I'm really disappointed with the product. Because all the time the lid falls off when I want to do a massage. I ask you to replace my product-Or give me the money back

Lymph pain relief: my feedback

I got this for myself for my swollen neck lymph nodes and face swelling. So far very effective, last night I slept great even though I could feel my face draining. What is most wonderful is the effect on my elderly dog. A rescue, an actual rescue not an adoption. First time in the seven years we’ve had him (he’s 12 ish) that he let go and sunk his 100 pound body into mine when I used it lightly on his head and neck. Like it for me but love the reaction I see in my pooch.

Pleasant in the summer

Feels nice on faceI got this roller a few days ago, and I'm enjoying it. I don't know if it does anything for my complexion, but it's cool and feels nice on my face when I'm hot. I also like the attachment with two wheels which is nice for arm and calf massage.I don't love the attachment that's just a small disk. It doesn't glide as well as the others.This is great for people who want a refreshing face massage.I would recommend this product

Disappointed: my feedback

The vibrating mechanism in the facial roller I received did not work. I really like the look and feel of this instrument and I am tempted to order it again to see if I get one that operates properly. Otherwise, it does appear to be well made. I was also tempted to keep the one I received because it felt good on my face even without the vibration.

I absolutely love this. It feels great on my face, very easy to use, and easy to keep clean. I wasn’t sure when I purchased this, if I’d even like it or use it often. Once it arrived, I love it. It’s part of my routine skin care. Everyone needs this.

Electric doesn't work but still great!

Apparently if you put a AA battery in, it is supposed to get warm and vibrate? Sounds nice but. Definitely a total joke. I felt it slightly vibrate for one second when I first put a battery in, couldn't get it to do anything else.But even without that, it is SO helpful for TMJ. omg I don't know what I would do without this thing.Oh wait I do - before this I would cry and smash my knuckles into my face laying in bed in excruciating pain.This really helps break up the fascia! This + laser therapy

I absolutely love it. It is very easy to use. It is not a cheap material. I use it every day - anytime I get it. I use watching tv and relaxing or simply before bed. My skin feels good after the use.

Came Broken in my review

Opened the package to find that the round stone had popped out of the metal holder & the roller was broken off. Looking at the other reviews this seems to be a common problem, clearly they have poor quality control.

I love it, just need new rollers

I have migraines and this tool helps me more than I thought it ever could! My only disappointment is that the paint is coming off the rollers and it now scratches my face, so I can’t use it anymore. Changed my stars due to NO contact information for this company. Like it, love it or hate it, it’s yours now!

The thicker handle and metal construction make it feel very sturdy. I use it to deeply massage my neck and shoulder and it holds up well

I loved how cook it felt on my face. The extra parts are great as well. Only thing I found alittle irritating was had to shake it to on an off when using to get the vibrate part to work. I may need to try a different battery brand as the one I used was a rechargeable one. I do enjoy the product

I had high hopes. I got the battery in but it too far down in the handle to reach so it won’t turn on and there is no way to get it out. I already threw out the packaging. In the garbage it goes.

Great buy!: my feedback

I love everything about this item. I bought the set to use for massaging my jaws. I have a TMJ and some mornings my jaw joints are just sore. I received the item yesterday, and this morning, it felt so good to massage my jaw joints and my whole face, even my neck, and my head. Very relaxing. Highly recommend this to everyone. It’s a great buy.
