The installation guide that came with the unit does not cover the 2020+ Ram Promaster. However call Rostra and speak to Brian and he will walk you through the lead thing. Excellent technical support.

Installation was fairly easy although the instructions left a lot to be desired. Luckily you can find EVERYTHING on YouTube! KK works great! The acceleration and responsiveness of my Promaster is probably better than any other car with factory cruise control.

I was so happy to finally have cruise control in my van as I travel a lot around the country. The instructions were fine. I actually watched a YouTube video to install it. Most of it was just plug-in, only I had to solder the ignition wire a bit. That works great. Driven 1800 km and used most of it. My knee was very grateful. Definitely recommended if you don't have cruise control and need it.

Product works as expected. The instructions are very vague and not very meaningful, as almost all other buyers claim. I watched a few YouTube videos and they helped me a lot. It should have taken about an hour, but I spent at least an hour trying to undo a broken bolt from the steering wheel housing, which I wasn't expecting. All in all, this product is almost the only one offered for my car and I highly recommend it.

This is the Promaster Forum's preferred cruise control. My PM didn't come with cruise, so I knew I'd install it eventually. I'm not particularly experienced but installed it in about an hour.
