Cruise Control Rostra

This was very easy to install on my '08 GMC Sierra pickup. It only took me an hour to install and I'm retired. Works very well and is worth the $$$ I paid for it. Act!

Outstanding system: Cruise control

I installed this on my 2007 Silverado LS. Pros: Sets speed instantly. Acceleration and deceleration work as they should. On/Off works as it should. The system was easy to install. Came with a plug for the ODBII diagnostic port, but I chose to solder the necessary connections. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. of resume or mountaineering.

So far, so good. 2009 Chevy Silverado Cruise Control

Total installation time took about 3-4 hours at slow pace. The instructions were pretty basic but could be better explained for people who don't usually do their own thing. I really had no issues with this setup and everything worked right out of the box. I can't wait to try it out on the road and give my foot a breather for a change. Only gave 4 out of 5 stars because I haven't tested enough yet. Will be updated after use.

Pros
  • Solid Surface
Cons
  • Damaged

affordable, easy DIY and did the job.

Easy to install. All you have to do is figure out where the red wire should go, the rest is easy. Rostra suggests drilling a hole for the handlebar grip after testing the cruise, but I don't recommend this as the cables (with the connectors installed) won't go through that tiny hole unless you have the strength to pull the cables to separate. from the plug, or it's not a pity to cut them off and use tape instead. Anyway, I'm so happy with it, especially when I towed my TT 100km one way over the
