Ford is great but....: Shock absorber

UPDATE: I called RC and they sent me a new shock absorber. Customer service was incredible. It says it's only sold in pairs but there was only one in my box and the box said it was a pair. And I can't get the RC to get another one. I installed it and it fit great but now I have a ranch in the back and a radio controlled shock.
