Persian blend easier for my persians to eat

Our breeder recommended royal cabin kitten formula. When they grew to adults we began using the Persian blend. Because of the unique shape my Persian babies are able to more easily eat this food.

Pros
  • Best dry food for persians
Cons
  • Expensive compared to other cat food brands

My babies love this food

My cats loves it no more hair balls especially for my little girl who is Exotic short hair with double coat those cats shad so badly , but it helped her coat also look shiny the only issue I have its not grain free but in reality cats do eat other things like mouse who consumes grains and if we look at it that way . but with dogs its more important to go grain free from what I understand . I love my cats and they both gained weight finally from this food .Thanks

Pros
  • Food
Cons
  • Not ideal for pregnant or nursing cats

The cats say it's good

This is the only kibble-type food my Persians have ever eaten, as my vet told me that I can either pay extra with every bag of high-quality food, or I can pay the vet when problems arise. I took his advice, and my Persian girls are 17 1/2 and 12 years old, with minimal health problems. Pretty sure a good diet is key.

Pros
  • Smaller kibble size is easier for Persian cats to chew and swallow
Cons
  • May cause constipation in some cats

Just purrfect best in my review

Where do I begin. as Persian cat owners you know how sensitive their digestive systems are. From medicated cat food ( 100$) to normal cat food (10$) , nothing was working with my Smoo. We were in the vet once a week due to severe constipation . Over the course of 4 weeks I was pushing 900$ In vet bills. They swore on medicated cat food… 5 days later, ended back in the vets office for another enema. I was at my wits end with trying to listen to the vet and making my own decisions on what’s best…

Pros
  • Contains a blend of antioxidants to boost immune health
Cons
  • The food may crumble easily, creating a mess

my cat loves it for my opinion

i don’t necessarily know about the flavor personally but my cat sure loves it. Before i would have to mix up my cats food with specific wet food. If not she wouldn’t eat at all. once i switched to this she eats without having to mix anything. she’s a finicky eater and loves this, it’s probably good.

Pros
  • My Persian does well feeding her this, I consider it the best.
Cons
  • Not recommended for cats with urinary tract issues

Cats love it in my review

Adopted a pair of Persians that had been fed "treats" as their only food. Took a couple of days to get them switched over but they are happy with the correct food now. A little pricey but gets good reviews on quality of ingredients.

Pros
  • Pet Supplies
Cons
  • Does not improve coat health

Our Favorite: my feedback

This food is amazing and it is all our cat will eat. She is a very flat faced Persian so sweet we adore her. The food has been very hard to fine lately. Glad to see it here! It’s all we feed!

Pros
  • I have bought it for six years, and my cat likes it very much. As good as ever
Cons
  • May cause dental problems in some cats

My cats love it: my feedback

I have two persian cats they love this food. I tried other kinds and they seem to have problems with other brands. That's my feedback!

Pros
  • Contains taurine, an essential amino acid for heart health
Cons
  • Not suitable for cats with a history of pancreatitis

Designed specifically for Persians

This product is specifically made for Persians. I thought how could there really be a difference but the blood work from my vet proved it. I switched my Persian to Iams, but his blood work showed he was not getting the nutrients he needed. Switched back to Royal Canin and in 3 months he was better.

Pros
  • Best thing ever… My cat don’t get sick anymore
Cons
  • The kibble may be too hard for some cats to chew

My Himalayan Cat Loves this Food!

I had my cat Angel on Intense Hairball Dry Royal Canin. I decided to try this one for Persian cats. She is part Persian and Siamese. She has gone crazy for this food since I started mixing it in the left over Intense Hairball Royal Canin. She eats this by itself now and just loves it. I noticed that this food has more fatty acids in it and feels different than the other one, much more oil.

Pros
  • No artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives
Cons
  • The food may go stale quickly

Not the same! best in my review

The kibbles are much larger than my last bag, not sure if it was filled with the right ingredients. Size and shape of a kibble does matter with a flat faced cat. Though my Persian loves it, he is having litter box issues, so I am withholding it from him. Disappointing given the costs.

Pros
  • Royal Canin
Cons
  • May cause skin irritations in some cats

Lord Nightshade demands it!

Anyone who has a spoiled Persian cat will tell you that if the cat isn't happy, neither are you.I, being the wonderful human slave to Lord Nightshade, decided to try him on some organic no grain food. He promptly told me in no uncertain terms he was NOT amused. This was shown by flinging food around, hair balls and pitiful attempts to put the food in his mouth and it just didn't fit right. When the dry food hunger strike happened, I knew it was time to go back to the food of his childhood. The…

Pros
  • 5.5 x 10 x 16 inches; 3 Pounds
Cons
  • Contains added sugars

Very oily! Royal Canin sent me a new bag

I’ve been ordering this product for my cat for many years. This order was the first that was unacceptable. The consistency of the product was extremely oily. It left a residue everywhere. I called Royal Canin and they replaced it explaining the reason why. They sent me

Pros
  • HAIRBALL MAINTENANCE: A complex blend of fibers to help cats pass ingested hair and reduce hairball formation
Cons
  • Contains soy products

Quality and not just for Persians

I have a Siamese but somehow the supply for the Siamese Royal Cabin stopped over the past year and the price went way up. My cat loves the brand but I wasn't going to spend the huge increase. I took a chance in this flavor and she loves it, her coat looks glorious after a month, and she is happy, with a good appetite on the Persian marketed flavor.

Pros
  • SKIN AND COAT: Breed-specific nutrients promote skin and coat health, helping to keep a Persian’s long hair soft and shiny
Cons
  • Not recommended for cats with liver or kidney problems

Changed my Persians health for the best!

My cat, Shadow, originally did not seem interested in this. I had problems with her previously puking at least 2-3 times a week. here lately she’s been mostly eating this instead of wet food whenever she used to mostly eat wet food and would barely touch this. She hasn’t thrown up in three weeks now and oh my goodness, her coat is growing so much now! She is 12-13 years old and looks so much healthier after switching to this as her main food source. This is somewhat pricey but COMPLETELY worth…

Pros
  • Provides complete and balanced nutrition for Persian cats
Cons
  • May cause bad breath in some cats
