Great solution with excellent customer service

I appreciate that it is easy to use, but also very customizable! It's great at what we need in an accounting system - keeping track of inventory levels. Sometimes there are issues or bugs related to updates from our ERP vendor (which makes sense), so they have helped us out quite often as well. Very responsive team during those times when things go wrong/buggy-ish. Definitely consider all other products available before deciding which one will be best fit for you needs. There were many options…

Pros
  • Easy integration with most vendors used within my business environment such SAP BPC & Microsoft Dynamics GP / AX etc..Great reporting capabilities along w.th easeful configurability via standard Excel templates provided by IBM itself !!!Easy access support community if needed too.etc..:)
Cons
  • Some parts can take time getting familiarized , especially about setup procedures

User friendly and reliable solution for managing your sales orders

It's very easy to use, it is flexible enough that there are no limits as far I know in terms of what can be done using this software (although they have some limitations depending which version).The fact we could set up different accounts easily from our main one was great too! The UI/UX isn't anything special or outstandingly impressive either so if those things matter then look elsewhere but otherwise nothing really stands-out about their service - at least not more than any other similar…

  • Simplicity / Ease Of Use
  • Cost effective compared with others like SAP etc.
  • Great customer support team for issues arising during implementation & development stages when setting something new together e.g building customizations
Cons
  • Nothing much comes immediately into mind actually although maybe being ableto customize colour themes might've been good.
  • There aren' t many free plugins available
