Great customer and tech assistance available regardless

It is easy to use with no technical skills required! I can update my site from anywhere in any time zone without having to call support or wait for them to answer their phones during business hours (which are not always convenient). They charge monthly fees even if you don't have an active account which was confusing at first but they make up by offering better prices than competitors like GoDaddy when your accounts do expire after some period of nonuse. No complaints here so far - it's great…

Very kind people working behind desks and good support from other departments

I really like that they are very friendly when it comes to adding new services or taking away old ones as well! There is nothing wrong with this Company at all honestly so far everyone has been great but you can't go past their customer service department in any way shape of form!! If there's anything about them i dislike its because some employees aren't always willing/able to help you out if needed even though many times we have explained our problems clearly enough for someone else who could
