Easy to use and easy on your back.

Because most things came fast. It was easy to assemble. I love how easy it is to clean up the mess. Don't bend down, just sweep and you're done. Very satisfied with product, quality and price.

I found it fairly easy to use except that draining can be a bit difficult. He doesn't seem to want to dump all the dust on the first try. Of course we have a dog that sheds a lot, maybe that's why.

Easy to lift and not bend over.

I should have ordered this shovel many years ago. Bending forward is no longer good for your back and this shovel works both indoors and outdoors. It rises by itself. I have many Rubbermaid products and they never disappoint.
