It was installed in the new bathroom of the local church, accessible for families/disabled people. It is very durable and they have been very happy with it.

The assembly is tedious for furniture

The item is fine, the dowels provided were a bit flimsy, tend to break during assembly (switch falls off and slides into the wall). Also make sure you create a template for your holes, they are round holes not slotted so there is no margin for error, the holes must be drilled accurately. It could be made a bit more user friendly.

Sturdy, well built, slight installation issues.

Sturdy and well built. The only issue I had was that the lag bolts provided were not long enough for each stud. I installed it in a commercial bathroom with tile and metal studs, which I think most people will do. I needed 2 cm more. However, a trip to the local laws solved the problem. Otherwise the product corresponds to the description.
