Description of Rug for heating water from the sun, Intex, art. 28685

Dimensions 1.2x1.2 m (not inflated). Sunlight absorption surface - 1 m2. Suitable for above ground prefabricated pools up to 30,280 l. Easy to use. For water circulation, a filter pump is needed (up to 1/3 hp or less than 7570 l / h). For connection with 32 mm hoses, it has special attachment points and 2 adapters for 38 mm hoses. A bypass valve is used to select the water flow channel. At the end of the season, the carpet can be easily drained, washed, dried, folded and stored. Eco-friendly. The rays of the sun heat the black canvas, which in turn heats the water running through the channels of the rug. Raises the temperature of the water in the pool by about 2-5°C, depending on the weather conditions. Made from heavy duty, UV resistant PVC material. You can connect several heaters to the pool at once, depending on the volume of the pool.

As such, there are no disadvantages, it is convenient to use.

With its pros: The sun really heats the water. At the exit, the water is noticeably warmer than in the pool. With its cons: When filling, the mat is deformed. It seems that the channels in it are pinched, but for some reason water still passes through it. So it's a matter of aesthetics.
