"Disappointing Gas Cap for Automotive Needs

When I tried this gas cap for my car I was highly unimpressed.The quality was not up to par with other exterior car accessories that I have purchased in the past. Although it is meant to be rugged, it had a flimsy feel to it and did not fit securely. The brushed aluminum look was nice, but it did not make up for the lack of functionality. Overall, I would not recommend this gas cap FOR anyone in need of a reliable option..

Good product! BUT.

Do not buy from this source. They sent me an already opened product which they apparently received back from another buyer but didn't bother to test it. There was a note in the box saying the hinge was broken. And a small broken piece of metal was taped to the inside of the lid. I bought from another source and the product is great. fits great, looks great and easily deters any potential thief.
