I got a 4 ft round and 2 by 7 ft pad ⅜ inches thick. Provides a nice cushier feel. They are bigger so I had to cut them. Kind of a pain. I used a rolling cutter and then scissors. Made it a lot easier. On the tile floor, I faced the rubber up and the other side sticks to the tile fine. Same pad on the wood floor, I put the rubber down against the hardwood floor and everything stayed in place fine. I was ready to send them back but switch things up and tested them out. These are good rug pads go great with the rugs I purchased.No slip on the hardwood floor, almost purchased some for double the price on rugsusa but decided to give these a try and am happy I did

Easy to unpack and lay out. I ordered a 9 x 12 pad and had to trim about 6” off of it. Really makes my rug much nicer to walk on. I will never skimp on a good pad for an area rug.

The padding is about six inches smaller on all sides than the rug, so it fits underneath nicely. It’s exactly what I needed. Also arrived very quickly.

What a difference this has made under the area rugs. Soft underfoot. Didn't have to trim at all, perfectly sized. No complaints.

Update 9/19/22 third time I’ve ordered this item for my home. I still prefer this pad over carpet tape and other pads on the market. I ordered the 7’6” x 9’6” with 3/8” thickness. Upon first look, the pad appeared a bit thin and was slightly off on dimensions like I’ve previously found. I did reach out to the seller and they couldn’t verify what product was packaged and shipped. Been using this rug pad for a while now and I absolutely love it. It was perfect for our large rug and doesn’t slip at all on hardwood floors as intended. Adds a bit of comfort to the flooring as well just make sure the padding doesn’t stick out as it is rough to keep the rug in place! Love it tho!

Using under area rug on tile floor. There are many sizes to choose from. The size we received was exactly as ordered. May be too thick to fit under low-clearance doors or furniture.

Order this rug pad! I purchased two 8x10s to go under a couple of rugs (also purchased on Revain). The 3/8 thickness was perfect! It provided just the right amount of comfort and additional support for them. I trimmed the pads down to fit underneath the rugs. It was easy and only took a few minutes. I didn’t experience any odd odors when opening but aired them out in the garage a few hours anyway to also lay them flat awhile. There was no curling up of the pads (or rugs). Great buy!

Pad still slips on hardwood floor and seller is extremely tough to work with on returns.UPDATEAfter I fully explained my situation, they refunded me! It was a lot of back and forth, but I am just as much to blame for that as the vendor. I would buy from them again.

Using this under a shag carpet and it makes a perfect combo. Super soft and now comfortable too. This is a must in a place with all hard floors

This came in a much larger box than I expected. Right out of the box, it had a odor, which concerned me, but it hasn’t been an issue. The pad smoothed out nice and flat. My rug was slightly larger, but the rug pad is very easy to trim. I marked out my line and used regular scissors to achieve the perfect fit. My rug now stays firmly in place. So happy I went this route with my rugs. I’ve been replacing rugs constantly because I have 3 dogs. This is a wonderful solution for high traffic areas. The rug I got to go on top of the padding fits perfect, and the two items stay together really well (considering my wild puppies run all over this rug.) I do recommend this padding if you’re thinking of going the ruggable route. I do have the thicker padding at my front door and it’s working great as well!

Purchased the 3/8” thick rug pad for a natural woven jute rug on hardwood floor. It has been set up for a day and so far I’m very pleased with how it stays in place and the thickness. It really makes the natural rug much more comfortable to stand on.
