Ryder System Review

I like that Ryder manages my accounts very well. They have a great system in place to make sure all our customers are taken care of. Any problems we have had they always respond quickly. The only problem I do have with Ryder System is when you sign up for any account (including credit card) there is no expiration date and its not easy to find it out by yourself or get emailed about it. I like how easy it is to use it, it's not overly complicated so I'm never confused about what needs doing with my equipment, when it should be serviced etc. When you go to service an item there are so many options that can be confusing sometimes. Also the fact that you cannot mark up parts makes it harder if you need to do some work on your own equipment. It's easy to use. The software has many different options that can be easily customized to fit your company needs. The training for users who are new to the program is very extensive. All of our personnel are Ryder certified which makes them even easier to train. We have only had positive feedback from employees using the system.
