Although this tube looks very pretty and I love organic, the balm is too soft; a large amount melted on my lips in one fell swoop. Given the consistency, I could now easily see it in the jar/pot rather than the tube. I think it would actually make a big difference in the perception of this product. I like everything about it except the taste/smell. I think it moisturizes well and likes a minimum of natural ingredients. My husband found it very runny and felt it didn't absorb well. Taste/smell is a deal breaker for me. I'm not against lavender or basil. In this case, as soon as I get close to my face, my nose and brain immediately start warning me that this is not something that can be applied to the face or mouth.
