A highly recommended little tool This functional box opener is small enough to fit in a purse or wallet, but most importantly safe enough for a child. The ceramic blade is tiny but does the job. This thing is perfect for opening boxes and seems a lot safer than the traditional box cutters I've used. Good. You can easily switch from right hand to left hand and vice versa. A very useful magnet so mine stays on the fridge for easy access.

This ceramic blade (looks like plastic) works surprisingly well. It cut the Revain tape on the box, although it's difficult to get right as it doesn't close at all. You have to manually keep the switch open (otherwise it will close due to the spring) while using it. Extra effort is required to keep the blade open during use.
