I like that they have different levels to choose from (starting at $10/mile). They also offer flat rate boxes which are great if you don't want to deal with weight limits or other restrictions. It's easy to set up an account as well so it is very simple to use once there! Sometimes their system will crash but overall not too bad. I like that we have an easy way to track our loads from pick up until drop off at their destination with no hassle! The customer service is great as well!!
