🧴 Salerm Protein Shampoo and Balsam Conditioner Duo Set, 18oz and 17.3oz respectively Review

My hairdresser advised me to use a protein shampoo and conditioner as my hair has been dyed blonde for a while. I bought these products because of the great reviews but I had a HORRIBLE reaction to the products. My whole head felt like it was on fire. I had a rash on the back of my head and severe itching/burning all over my scalp. The reaction appeared 48 hours after the first application. It took almost a week to wash with my old shampoo and conditioner to get rid of the itching and burning -

First of all, they smell very floral and girly. Second, they do NOT improve the feel of my hair. I ordered these based on all the positive reviews but feel like these products should only work on certain hair types. They do NOT make MY hair softer or easier to comb. I would not recommend them based on my own experience.

I started using this shampoo and conditioner after mentioning to barber Tommy that my hair was going to fall out A LOT. I've been using it for over 6 months now and I can definitely see a difference. of course, strands of hair fall out here and there, but not like before.

I really like these shampoos. I've tried everything to bring softness, shine and health to my damaged, brittle, dry and porous hair. It's only been a week since I started using these products and I noticed changes in my hair right away. I also use Leave in Salerm 21 in the conditioner. These products have breathed life into my damaged hair. Now it is so soft and shiny. I can't wait to see how my hair will look in a month. Very happy with this product, definitely for my hair type.
