The main factor for me is the size, my nails are very dry since I do my manicure at home and I wanted something that would work well. It took quite a while to see results but it seems to be working. I had very brittle, flaky nails and dry cuticles and needed something to fix them so I decided to give the oil a try. It did a great job on my cuticles in just about a week, but it took me about three months to notice the reduced peeling. I still have some split/flaky nails but they look much better and healthier. This cuticle oil is beautiful. I apply it to my fingers and toes at night before bed. I apply it before my manicure at home. It makes my cuticles nice and soft and easy to manage. It feels like it's nourishing! I've found that my nails have gotten a lot stronger and healthier since I started using cuticle oil, so I highly recommend it!

I noticed a slight difference in cuticle condition but not as much as stated. Although my cuticles are overall less prone to drying out and cracking, it seems that when they do, it's now a massive hangnail destroying half of my finger, rather than the typical hangnail. Love this product, have been using it for years. I apply it around my toenails after every shower and my pedicure looks good for almost a month. Otherwise my skin gets dry and uncomfortable very quickly. They don't use very much each time, so a small bottle goes a long way.
