    It's a shame! Rating update

    Very nice set. It was the right size and matched my decor perfectly. Unfortunately, the top lets too much salt or pepper spill out on the side. It's a shame!

    What a waste of the salt and pepper shaker sets

    They are great but they don't work when it's damp as they claim, very disappointing as they look so neat. I wouldn't buy them if they were honest about their product.

    Little care not to spill

    Gently rotate the salt and pepper before use to ensure the salt and pepper only come out of the holes in the top and not the hole between the lid and the outflowing container. Make sure the seal is tight and working well!

    Great modern look but bad design

    I really wanted to love them for their cool, modern and durable looks; However, salt and pepper do not flow out of the holes very well. Something spills between the places where the lid closes and sometimes nothing comes out. It is very confusing. I hold her strictly because of her looks.

    Nice but they open and pour out all the salt

    These are good salt shakers. I ignored the reviews that they don't close completely. They sometimes don't close completely and open. I accidentally ruined my dinner because I only needed a few pinches of salt and it opened up so all the salt spilled out. We had to keep the lid on all the time, and a little salt flowed out of the hole. I had to buy different ones.

    I love that you don't have screw caps, but you have to be SUPER careful to tighten the caps snugly.

    I really like them and they are my "daily riders" but you have to be very careful to wear the pads snugly and check them often. Otherwise, they pour the entire shaker onto your plate. A little better on top of that and they get five stars from me. I have screw top shakers. They always open badly and close after several fillings. They work great.

Our only complaints (and should have found out before ordering): 1) The lids don't unscrew, so we're a little worried about them falling off when trying to spice up the food.
