Good quality works great!

Have been using it for about 4 months now. Runs AC with no problems. Used with 400w solar panel system and so far very happy with the performance and quality.

Does it all with inverters

This thing is now the backbone of my five wheeler camper van's electrical system. I will have an overview video soon as there isn't much on youtube about it. The separately available remote control is definitely worth it and is required to make any settings. I connected my solar charge controller across the "external charger" terminals and am pleased to see how many amps the solar panels are drawing. With a click on the remote control panel you can see how many amps are being drawn from theโ€ฆ

Samlex Evo 3012 Great Choice

Item arrived yesterday safe and sound in a 73lb box. Installed and viewed to study the system. Samlex tech support with top notch questions, the best. Reseller via Revain, responsive and great support. Used a Samlex EVO 3012 during a 1 hour power outage in Florida today. Works great with the Reliance handset. .This product is a real gem. I made the right choice.

A malfunction was detected, due to which it quickly overheated and began to smoke heavily.

The output overload protection did not work when the inverter was overloaded for a short time. As a result, the inverter quickly overheated so much that it began to smoke heavily. Shortly thereafter, the internal automatic switching failed, so we could not use the shore power. I had to remove the unit and reconnect shore power directly, bypassing the battery/inverter installation entirely. I tried calling tech support and the agent called me back a few days later which was useless as I neededโ€ฆ

Extremely happy with tools and equipment

After trying the X brand product (which didn't work) I switched to the Samlex brand. This is a new model with the latest ideas that no one else has. For example separate grid and gen inputs, separate solar inputs and an SD memory card slot. Separate Grid and Gen inputs allow for separate tolerance settings that allow for noisy oscillators but can also reject unwanted Grid inputs. The disadvantage of using both inputs is that you want to separate certain circuits from the battery, e.g. B. theโ€ฆ
