- Very strange cover. I don't know what it is, but it's terrible. Falls off twice. A couple of times I stuck it into a completely normal nest, and there are already stripes, as if I’ve been pulling and inserting back and forth for a couple of months without stopping. Although, I have already used this socket many times on other different flash drives and cables, but I did not notice this on metal. I tried to take a picture for an example with a cable that I have had for a couple of years. Although I don’t often insert this cable into this socket, it’s usually plugged into a smartphone charger, but it happened from time to time, I inserted it more than a hundred times. In addition, this cable has been connected more than once in many places. But it is practically invisible at all, if only to look closely, almost like new. And on the flash drive there is clearly some kind of coating. But why? It's still metal. Why cover some dumb metallic on metal? Strange thing.
- There are a couple of small, not so significant defects on the surface. Firstly, where the eye/hole for the rope is not a very good surface finish, small "notches" are visible, like a seam between 2 parts. Apparently, a hard-to-reach place for processing / polishing. All the same, the detail is small and it really looks difficult. Although, then it is not clear why in this place, the seam could be made in another place, if at all it is a seam. If not a seam, then it is not clear what it is. OK. In principle, if you do not look in front of your eyes point-blank, then you can’t see it. Where the brand name "SAMSUNG" is inscribed, one stripe in the 'A' has a slightly different texture and is very different in some lighting. Not sure if this is by design or if it's a bug. But it catches the eye. Okay, this is quite nitpicking.
