There are some peculiar and vexing things to deal with.
1. Screen. In the first place, it is possible to spot minor flaws such as unevenness, stripes, and so on. Second, it does not appear to have DC Dimming, and when the brightness is turned down, it flickers. Thirdly, it acts very strangely when scrolling, as if there is a lag between turning off some pixels and turning on others; on dark colors, it appears to be artifacts, and on light colors, it appears to be blinking. This occurs even when the brightness is set to its lowest level. It would appear that IPS is superior in most circumstances.
2. There are ads, like Xiaomi. In addition to the advertisements that may be turned off, Samsung Pay also includes one that cannot be turned off by the user.
3. The always-on display (AOD) is supported by the branded case that comes with S View, but in a very strange and inconvenient way: without a case, AOD is able to show notification icons, but with a case - only a clock; in order for the icons to appear, you need to either raise the phone or press the power button. It goes without saying that the icons are drawn on every official picture, yet this is an elaborate deception.
4. The battery seems to have an odd behavior; at times it seems to discharge quickly, and at other times it seems to discharge slowly. It seems as though the setting to "optimize battery utilization" does not work for all programs or does not always operate.
5. The function to create a copy of the application is restricted to instant messengers, and even then, not all of them. This allowed me to log into the banking application on Xiaomi using the account that I have with my wife that we both share.
6. There are no recordings made of calls; however, everyone has stopped using them now (there is no need for ordinary people to record their calls, only special services should do this).
